I am an Italian Chef with a passion for good food. After making a career of working in several countries, I have developed a unique style that mixes classic Italian cuisine with the diverse flavors of the world. I see every day as an opportunity to create something new. My curiosity for other cultures and their ways of cooking inspires me to always do something fresh and different. Whether I am creating a meal for two or for thirty, my passion for what I do is present in every bite.
