Spaghetti Mediterranean

Serves 6


  • 1 lb of spaghetti#3 barilla
  • 1 lb of cherries tomatoes
  • A medium bunch of fresh basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli peppers
  • Parmesan cheese as you like

  1. Coarsely chopped the garlic and the basil.
  2. Halve the tomatoes.
  3. In a large pan warm the olive oil and the chilly for about 1 min.
  4. Add the garlic, basil and tomatoes add a pinch of salt and simmer on a mild heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Meantime fill a large pot with plenty of  boiling water and add a little salt. Cook the pasta for about 10/12 min., until it is al dente.
  6. Strain the pasta and add to the pan with the other ingredients.
  7. Toss few times on a light heat.
  8. Add the parmesan cheese and turn the heat off.
  9. Serve and eat!!!! Buon Appetito
