Ravioli alle noci

Ravioli with walnuts and cream

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb squash ravioli
  • 6 ounces of toasted walnuts
  • Half quarter of heavy cream
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Salt, black pepper and grated parmesan cheese as you like!
Procedure:

  1. Coarsely chopped the walnut
  2. In a large pan melt the butter
  3. Add the walnuts
  4. Cook in a light heat for 4 min. steering constantly
  5. Add the cream and turn the heat off.
  6. Meantime fill a large pot with plenty of boiling water and little salt and cook the ravioli for about 10/12 min. then strain the ravioli.
  7. Add the ravioli to the pan with the other ingredients and turn on the heat on low for 2-3 min. - Turn off the heat.
  8. Add the parmesan cheese and serve! Buon Appetito!!
